Question 1

Do you really answer 24/7?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Rattlesnake Exterminating runs around the clock for southeastern Arizona. Night and weekend calls are for emergencies and for people who cannot meet a weekday window.

Question 2

What does the Tucson $25 first visit cover?

Accepted Answer

Pest control maintenance only. Tucson residents: first visit of the scheduled indoor/outdoor program is $25 (50% off) — ants, roaches, scorpions, general pests. Does not stack with the mention-the-ad 10% or the price match. Termites, bed bugs, bats, snakes, wildlife, and weed work are quoted separately. Call (520) 499-0899.

Question 3

What is in the $1,500 yearly bundle?

Accepted Answer

Monthly pest and weed spraying, web control, and one bait box for mice, billed as a yearly program. Pima County residents get $405 off — $1,095 for the year. Extra stations, exclusion, termites, bed bugs, and wildlife are separate lines.

Question 4

Do you price match?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We will beat any competitor's pricing. If they beat our price, bring a written quote — we beat that number by 10%. Call (520) 499-0899.

Question 5

How does the 10% ad coupon work?

Accepted Answer

Mention the ad when you call or book. 10% off any service. Separate from the Tucson $25 first-visit maintenance price and the Pima County bundle discount — those do not stack.

Question 6

Is there a contract?

Accepted Answer

No contract required for standard work. Recurring routes are an agreement you can see in writing, not a surprise auto-renew buried in a binder.

Question 7

Do you treat commercial kitchens and shops?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Homes, rentals, shops, food service, and industrial sites. Same license, same after-hours phone. Call (520) 499-0899.

Question 8

I am outside Tucson. Can you still come?

Accepted Answer

Tucson is home base. Cochise, Graham, and Greenlee stay on the truck. Call (520) 499-0899 and we will say yes or no — no runaround.

Question 9

Are you licensed in Arizona?

Accepted Answer

Yes. License #8871. Technicians are licensed and insured. We do not invent EPA numbers or product labels on this site — those live on the label and the invoice.

Book the inspection. We will call.
